knit fish

aw! isn't it cute? the favorite blue sky cotton has returned! (one fish, two fish) he's kind of in motion because i made the tail a little crooked but i don't think it really matters too much. the dorsal fin sort of looks like a pompador...i'm going to take it off tonight and maybe move it around. hm. but anyway, took me about a weekend to make! there's a larger version of it, too, but this is the perfect size for little hands, i think!

fine, i look dorky. i took the pic myself and this was the best of three with the timer on the camera...i propped it up on an upside down pitcher, though i COULD have just used my tripod. ANYWAY, here it is! it makes me look chunky in this pic, but again, that's because i took it by myself.
