baby bobbi bear

i will not post a pic of the blue sky alpacas baby bobbi bear i am working on because i am embarrassed to display it as a piece of my handiwork. just look at the link to see what it should look like. the legs are misshapen and look like they were amputated and then sewn back on (i started the legs with a purl row for some reason and just couldn't get it right so i gave up and there's a nice thick seam) and i was doing something funky with the head, but maybe when it is stuffed it will look better. i also see, after reading some other blogs, this bear in lots of other yarns and colors. perhaps i will dig through my yarn baskets and make another one. it can't be any worse than the bear i have now.

also, happy heads dc is up! sort of. there's a bit of info and a placeholder right now. a coworker will help me fix it all in the next two weeks or so after our legislative conference. moving along nicely, though! i got an e-mail from someone with over 100 scarves to donate! awesome!
